What are the Tournament Builder fees?

Tournament Builder can be customized to fit your tournament’s needs:

Premier Package [Click to create your account]
(Registration, Schedules, Scores & Standings) $9.00/team + 3.65%
All-inclusive package that includes online registration, scheduling, scoring & standings

Classic Package [Click to create your account]
(Registration, Scores & Standings) $6.00/team + 3.65%
This package includes online registration, scores & standings only and is geared more towards those who have an existing scheduling system.  All schedules can be imported into the Tournament Builder system to enable use of the scores & standings features.

Competitive Package [Click to create your account]
(Registration  Only) $4.00/team + 3.65%
This is a basic package for those looking to provide online registration only for their tournament or event.  Other Tournament Builder features listed above can be activated at any point in time should you decide later to take advantage of them.

Referee Add-ons [Click to create your account]
(Registration & Game Assignment) Additional $4/team
Integrate referees into your tournament management with online referee registration & game assignment.  This add-on allows you to view all registered referees, rate them based on their credentials and then assign them to games.  If you’ve already conducted referee registration in another system, simply import the names and take advantage of the Referee Assignment tool.

When will our organization be able to start taking online registrations?

The standard turnaround time is approximately 10 business days once you have submitted a signed Tournament Builder Service Agreement and completed the online Tournament Builder Setup Form. However, if you are on a short deadline, your Account Manager will be able to provide you a confirmed date.

Can the per team registration fee and the processing fee be passed along to registrants?

Yes. Tournament Builder may be setup where the team registration cost and the processing fee is incorporated into your standard registration and paid by the registrant.

What type of Tournament Builder support is available to our tournament staff?

Along with a dedicated Account Manager, your organization will receive full support from our Professionals Services team. All inquiries received by the team are responded to within a 24 hour period during normal business hours.

How can I get started?

Select "Create an Account" button to complete and submit your Services Agreement online.   An Active Account Representative will contact you upon submission of your completed services agreement to discuss setting up your association.
