USA Hockey organization has over 450,000 members and is the governing body residing over all local hockey programs in the United States including ice and inline players, coaches, officials, and allied members.

Challenges:

• Remove the registration burden from local hockey programs by using technology to upgrade the data collection process from offline to online.
• Ensure accurate and complete data collection for all required entry fields.
• Facilitate better communication with players and members by type and/or region.

Solution:

• Create a customized online module for members to register online, pay affiliate fees and to receive immediate confirmation with a copy of the waiver form.
• USA Hockey can manage the process from a central Registration Center, allowing them to change pricing, manipulate confirmation information, customize survey questions, and much more.
• The registration information is seamlessly transferred to USA Hockey’s in-house desktop software and consolidated with past membership information.
