What if I have a user ID and a password but am unable to login?

  • If you click “logon” and nothing happens, it is likely that you have a pop-up blocker. Please check to make sure that your pop-up blockers are set to allow pop-ups for leagueone.com.
  • If you can login but see a page that says you have “Insufficient Rights” to view this page, please contact the administrator who set you up with your user ID. They must assign you a user ID AND a Job that has sufficient rights.

What is the difference between the Production environment and the Training environment?

  • PRODUCTION is the real environment. Any changes you make in Production are live. If a mistake is made in Production, it can be very time consuming to fix.
  • TRAINING is the practice environment. This environment is almost identical to Production except that it is for practice purposes only.  Any data entered into Training will be lost frequently when Production is copied over it.  Additionall, email capabilities do not exist in the Training environment.

The Production database is copied over the Training database periodically. If information is entered in Production, it will not appear in Training until this copy is made. This includes User IDs, passwords, players, staff, teams and more.

Why am I able to login to Production but not Training?

The information in the training environment is a copy of the information in Production environment from a specific day. If a User ID is set up in Production, it will not immediately be in Training. That particular User ID and password will show up in Training when the database is copied weekly. If a password is changed in Production, that change will not appear in Training until this copy is made. Thus, a user may have to temporarily use an old password within the Training environment.
