Q. I have entered background checks for my staff, but it's saying that they are missing background checks. How can I fix this?
A. Background checks need to have an expiration date that extends to the end of the current play year (8/31/year after current). The LeagueOne system defaults the expiration date on background checks to this date.

Q. I am a league, why can't I see the "Valid?" button on my association's teams?
A. The "Valid?" button does not appear on the Team Maintenance page if you are logged in with league credentials. The team page displays differently depending on your login credentials.

Q. How can I assign a Coach Trainee?

Q. I'm trying to submit my team for approval, but the system says that I can only have a max of 4 assistant coaches.
A. We will be pushing code to reflect the new rule that allows up to 5 assistant coaches on a team. This change is tentatively scheduled for August 15.
Q. I'm trying to submit my cheer team for approval, but the system says that all of my staff members need certificates.
A. We will be pushing code to change this so that only head coaches for both football and cheer are required to have the coaching certificate. This change is tentatively scheduled for August 15.

Q. I'm getting an error saying that my Coach Trainee does not match the age/weight requirements for my team. Why?
A. This week our developers released a fix for the problem in which Player Roles such as Coach Trainees and Mascots were having ages checked against the age group for the players. This should no longer be an issue and you should be able to approve your teams accordingly.
