It's hard to believe that 2009 will come to an end in just a few short weeks and that we will be moving into the 2010 soccer season. With that said, your input over the past year was invaluable to several improvements made to the LeagueOne and ClubReg systems. Some of these enhancements include the addition of scheduling, scores & standings; event rosters, FireFox & Safari compatibility; eCertification processing, and family-based accounts— just to name a few. We are excited to continue this momentum into 2010 with the scheduled release of even more additional features and utilities— all designed to which will deliver even more added value and benefits to your respective clubs!
The holiday season is the perfect time of year to share with you how much we appreciate your business and trust. It is in this spirit we say, simply but sincerely, thank you. We look forward to working with you in 2010.

LeagueOne Updates – Payment Plans, Self setup, and more
For detailed information on these following items as well as other features in the December release, check the "Recent Releases" tab under the LeagueOne HELP menu.
Payment plans
December's release has laid the foundation for payment plan processing within ClubReg. Payment plans will allow registrants to submit deposits and defer payments for applicable registrations, especially beneficial for higher-priced registrations. Look for the full release of payment plans early in the first quarter of 2010!
Self Setup
Similar to payment plans, the next few releases will lay the foundation for ClubReg self-setup tools. Each release will deliver additional functionality to administrators providing them more control over their registration forms and programs. Be sure to check the “Recent Releases” under the Help Menu for notes on these exciting new features.
Enhanced Financial Tracking
December's release also included new tools that enable transaction-based accounting complete with audit trails. Administrators can now track additional transactions, refunds, payments, etc. Check the "Recent Releases" for more information on this new utility.

LeagueOne Administrator Tips & Tricks
Where to find notes on recent LeagueOne releases?
System changes and feature enhancements within LeagueOne are pushed live on a regular basis in what is known as a “code release.” You can learn all about what is included in each code release by going to the Help Menu in the upper right corner (question mark icon), and selecting "Recent Releases." Here you will find detailed descriptions on all new features and enhancements, including notes from all past releases.
How to Open/Close Registration on your own?
Did you know you have the ability to close and open your club's current programs at any time? Go to the Club Tab > Online Registration Status. Click Close or Open to change the status for any programs you wish during the registration period. This may be particularly helpful during the busy holiday season! Stay tuned for additional administrator self-setup tools in the new year!
